You can book this private event any day of the week at any time during our operating hours, as long as it's for 2 hours and we have the availability. Cancellation Policy
Party Policy A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. If there are special circumstances, please contact us to discuss. No outside food or drink is allowed, except for the cake, which parents must provide. No outside balloons are permitted in the party room. Parents will have access to the party room 15 minutes prior to the scheduled party time for setup. We look forward to hosting your celebration at Big City Kids!
