Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Big City Kids! We are excited to provide a safe, fun, and engaging play environment for your little ones. Please take a moment to review our play session policies: Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your play session, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time may be subject to no refunds. Waiver Requirement: For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, a completed waiver must be filled out prior to entering the play space. Please ensure you complete the waiver for each child before arriving. Waiver can be found and filled out on our website. Grippy Socks Requirement: For safety reasons, all children must wear Big City Kids grippy socks while in the play area. These socks can be purchased at the front desk before entering the play space.
